Asking a person with acne if they are a "Spotty Person" or a "Person with Spots" may seem rude or highly insulting. But people suffering from acne do this to themselves all the time.
Sometimes people can not see beyond their own spots or acne. They define themselves as a spotty person not as a person who has spots or acne. Are they insulting themselves, or selling themselves short? How do other people see them?

Anyway, I would be glad to hear your comments and chat with you about what you think.
Thanks as always for reading,

BTW for the record: I don't recommend that you go around asking people that question but don't be afraid to ask yourself.
